About the Event
CAWSTON GRANGE PRIMARY SCHOOL PTA FUNDRAISER: all proceeds from this session will be donated to the school PTA.
Join me for this group Sound and Gong Bath session (adults only) for a deep meditation aimed to relax and and de-stress. Just make yourself a cosy space with your mat, pillows and blanket, then lie back for an hour of calming and restorative sound.
We will begin with a gentle breathing exercise to relax the mind and body, then slip into a deeply peaceful hour of meditative sound, including the Gong, crystal bowls and Himalayan singing bowls.
Please secure your space by buying your ticket now. You will need to bring to the session:
- Mat to lie on (yoga, camping etc - the floor is hard so bring anything you'd like to lie comfy on)
- Pillow(s)
- Blanket
- Eye mask (optional)
- Bottle of water
- Wear comfy clothes, layers, and warm socks
