About the Event
Join me in person for this incredible festive session designed to de-stress, ground and leave you feeling deeply relaxed. Leave after 90 minutes with your Christmas gift, feeling calm, peaceful and energised.
We will begin with a gentle, 30 minute guided meditation to relax the mind and body, including balancing tuning forks and grounding singing bowls over the lower chakras.
We will then transition slowly into a deeply restorative hour of meditative sound using the gong, crystal bowls and singing bowls.

Mat to lie on (yoga, camping etc - the floor is hard, please bring anything you'll be comfy to lie on)
Pillow(s)
