Join us at our Long Lawford (Rugby) venue for a 60min Sound Bath session which includes deeply relaxing sounds from the crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, Gong and chimes. Just lie back and relax. This group session is £15 per person. Click RSVP to buy your ticket and secure your space.

About the Event
Join us in person for this deep meditation session aimed to relax and and destress. We will begin with a gentle breathing exercise to relax the mind and body, then slip into a deeply peaceful hour of meditative sound.
Please secure your space by buying your ticket now. You will need to bring to the session:
Face covering for entry/exit into venue (you do not have to wear it during the session, that is optional)
Mat to lie on (yoga, camping etc)
Pillow
Blanket
Eye mask
Bottle of water
Wear comfy clothes, layers, warm socks
