About the Event
Join me in person for this powerful New Year's session designed to focus you in on your plans, hopes and manifestations for 2023. Leave after 90 minutes feeling deeply calm, focussed and energised.
We will begin with a calming 30 minute meditation and practical manifestation to open the mind and balance the body, including writing down thoughts and plans for the year ahead.
We will then transition gently into a deeply restorative hour of meditative sound using the gong, crystal bowls and singing bowls.
Please secure your space by buying your ticket now. You will need to bring to the session:
- Mat to lie on (yoga, camping etc - the floor is hard, please bring anything you'll be comfy to lie on)
- Pillow(s)
- Blanket
- Eye mask (optional)
- Bottle of water
- Wear comfy clothes, layers, warm socks
- Paper and pen (optional - I can also provide these)
