About the Event
Join me in person for this powerful New Year's session designed to focus you in on your plans, hopes and manifestations for 2026. Leave after 90 minutes feeling deeply calm, focused and energised.
We will begin with a calming 30 minute meditation and practical manifestation to open the mind and balance the body, including writing down thoughts and plans for the year ahead.
We will then transition gently into a deeply restorative hour of meditative sound using the gong, crystal bowls and singing bowls.

Mat to lie on (yoga, camping etc - the floor is hard, please bring anything you'll be comfy to lie on)
Pillow(s)
