About the Event

Join me for a beautiful Sunday of meditation, reflection, relaxation and Sound & Gong Baths in the warm and welcoming Church Lawford Village Hall. The day will include a delicious lunch, unlimited tea and coffee, a selection of cake and treats, and a wellness gift bag for each person. Leave feeling refreshed, calm and de-stressed.


The day will include cleansing breath-work, guided meditations, manifestation and affirmation work, and include a number of mini sound journeys exploring the gong, crystal bowls and singing bowls. A nourishing lunch will be planned, and refreshments will be available throughout the day. The day will also include a full 1hr Sound Bath, and we will finish the day with independent reflection and refreshments before you head home.


Please secure your space by buying your ticket now. You will need to bring to the day:

  1. Mat to lie on (yoga, camping etc - the floor is hard, please bring anything you'll be comfy to lie on)

  2. Pillow(s)

  3. Blanket

  4. Eye mask (optional)

  5. Bottle of water

  6. Wear comfy clothes, layers, warm socks
