About the Event
Join me in this group Summer Special 90min Sound and Gong Bath session for a deep meditation aimed to energise and and relax. Just make yourself a cosy space with your mat, pillows and blanket, then lie back for 30 min of guided meditation followed by an hour of calming and restorative sound. Everyone will also receive a small summer gift.
We will begin with a gentle breathing exercise to relax the mind and body, then slide into a deeply peaceful 90min of guided meditation then meditative sound, including the Gong, crystal bowls and Himalayan singing bowls.

Mat to lie on (yoga, camping etc - the floor is hard so bring anything you'd like to lie comfy on)
