These calming, award-winning sessions are run regularly on Zoom so that you can enjoy some intensely deep relaxation from the comfort of your own home.
You'll need a quiet and comfy space with wifi connection, a blanket and pillow (bed is best!) Connect on Zoom with a phone, tablet or computer.
Headphones are recommended but optional, plus we suggest you use an eye mask and have some water or herbal tea for afterwards.
